Accessing and Using This Website
Last updated: October 2026
Representativetight Tree Service wants representativetight.homes to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach to website access. It is a general template and does not offer legal advice.
The Standard We Work Toward
Our aim is to make the site usable for as many people as possible. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines are a widely used standard for website accessibility.
How We Support Access
Our accessibility aims include:
- Clear headings with pages arranged in a logical order
- Text alternatives for images that convey meaning
- Readable text with sufficient color contrast
- Features that can be used with a keyboard alone
- Pages suited to phones, tablets and computers
- Plain wording that is easy to understand
- Clear labels on form fields
Areas That May Need Work
Parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, including embedded tools, may fall outside our control. We review the website periodically and address problems as we discover them.
Help Through Other Channels
If you have difficulty using part of the website, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or write to contact@representativetight.homes and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us About a Barrier
We welcome comments about website access. Email contact@representativetight.homes and describe:
- Which page or feature caused difficulty
- What occurred and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if known
We will review your message. Our aim is to respond within a few business days.
Access During Future Updates
Work on accessibility continues as the website changes. We will keep access in mind during updates and continue making improvements.
Reach a local provider
Request a callback to check provider availability for your tree removal project. You can also use the request form to describe the job.
