How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Representativetight Tree Service wants homeowners to receive fair and honest treatment when contacting the service. Please tell us when something goes wrong. This page sets out the complaint process and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You may report concerns about:

  • Your experience contacting Representativetight Tree Service by telephone or other means
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The conduct of a provider we referred you to

Problems With a Provider's Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with tree work at your property, usually start by discussing it with the provider. Keep a written record of that discussion.

Please tell us about the problem too. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Representativetight Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters for the provider.

Details to Send

Email contact@representativetight.homes with the following information:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted Representativetight Tree Service or the provider
  • The number you dialed or form you submitted, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if known
  • What occurred and the action you would like us to take

How We Handle the Complaint

An email acknowledgment will follow, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider during that review. Our reply will explain the findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If the response does not address your concern, reply to request another review. You may also take the matter to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. Your state or local licensing office may be able to assist with concerns involving licensed contractors.
