Understanding Our Role and Website Information

Read this disclaimer before using representativetight.homes. It provides a general template and does not constitute legal advice.

Referrals and Property Work

Representativetight Tree Service connects homeowners with independent tree removal providers through referral and marketing services. Cutting trees, removing fallen trees, grinding stumps and trimming branches are outside our services. An independent provider carries out all property work.

Connections and Provider Responsibility

A referral does not endorse a provider. We give no warranty about work quality, timing, price or results, or availability in your area at any particular time. Providers hold responsibility for their licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

General Guidance Has Limits

Website information is general and is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. A tree beside a driveway may present different concerns from one beside a roof. Advice that applies to one tree or property may not fit another. Discuss your circumstances with a qualified provider.

Understanding Price Figures

Any published costs are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Actual prices vary with the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Obtain a written quote from the provider before work starts.

Checking Insurance Coverage

Insurance content provides general information. We cannot determine whether your policy covers a loss. Coverage rests on your policy and your insurer's decision. Direct coverage questions to your insurer or agent.

Staying Clear of Hazards

Tree work and fallen trees may involve electrical lines, falling wood or damaged buildings. Avoid putting yourself in danger. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. When life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Representativetight Tree Service for homeowner connections. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains these arrangements further.

Limits on Accuracy

We seek to keep website information correct and current. We do not warrant that every detail is complete or that the content contains no errors.
